- Return & Exchange Policy: the price difference between the original purchase and the new requested mattress must be paid by the customer
- An exchange is applicable only on higher tier models and after completing the 15 days trial period

*Return Condition: the return item(s) needs to be in a damage-free condition (ex. Stains, breakage, odor or any other customer inflicting damage), in case of a refund claim, Sleep Comfort will arrange for the amount within 4-5 business days after withdrawing the product(s). A handling fee of 10% of the purchased mattress value will be deducted.
