Damaged Items:
- If you receive a damaged item upon delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement.
- To be eligible, you must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Please scan and send clear photos of the damaged item.
- Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a return and provide a replacement product.
